Heart Healing Workshop WHAT IS THIS?

This is a deeply healing workshop that will release any emotional pain held in your heart through a unique blend of energy healing practises.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN?

I alongside the stunning Beth Carboni, will guide you through a transformative healing technique called Heart Song. This is one of my favourite practises because the effects are so transformational. After this healing you feel instantaneously lighter. It involves releasing grief and emotional pain through the sound of your voice. We will also be using tibetan singing bowls to enhance the effects.

You will be held in such a safe and non-judgmental space with other like-minded people who are keen to release any low vibrating emotions so they can step into their light with more love. The collective energy of the group will amplify the transformational effects.
